Rollback of deprecation removal
User:Proton redirected this page to bitser as this page mentions Ser is deprecated, and tells people to use bitser or binser instead. I've reverted that change since it mentions two libraries, not one, and Ser is still in maintenance mode.

- Would it be possible to remove it from Category:Libraries at least? If people are looking for something to add then a deprecated library shouldn't be presented along with all the rest. —Proton[talk] 02:54, 19 January 2017 (CET)
