Clean Out External Tutorials

We have a bunch of old external tutorials showing up in Internal Tutorials list. We need to get these pages deleted, but that requires an administrator

Attempted to fix Tutorial Listing...

I banged on it a bit to try and get tutorials listing again. Seems like part of the problem is that most tutorials are in their own namespace (Tutorial:). the other part of the problem is how persnickety semantic wiki queries are; I'm not convinced this is fully working either, but its showing more than it did previously, so I saved it. More fixing?

This page shouldn't be hijacked by a list of just external links - it should list everything under the "Tutorial:" category, because no other page lists those. Most tutorials are currently not linked to from anywhere else. How is anyone supposed to find anything?! If it isn't deemed appropriate for the wiki's main page to link to a page listing all tutorials on the wiki (why shouldn't it?) then I suggest making a new page (not under the "Category:" category) for the selected/more curated links.
