I'm all for having small articles relating to licenses used by libs and whatnot, possibly explaining in a concise way what each one grants and does not grant, but as it is now, the Licenses category is nonexistent, and the only page that refers to this page does it without any link being visible. If no one would want to write up such articles, and link all relevant articles to these, i fail to see the point of them existing in the first place. (The same goes for any translated version of such articles, as well as redirects)
