It's a 1300x1300 world, not 650x650

The width/height of the world, as declared in the newWorld call, isn't really 650x650 but rather 1300x1300. Changing the call to reflect what is stated in the comment ..

world = love.physics.newWorld(-325, -325, 325, 325) --create a world for the bodies to exist in with width and height of 650
