cakecolor -- a automatically generated coloring scheme

In preparation of the game I am working on I needed to develop a coloring scheme with the ability to generate new colors at runtime.
These colors should be very distinguishable at first, but can get more fuzzy later on.
It is achieved by taking the outer fringe of the HSV color space and cutting it into pieces, which get smaller later on, like a cake.
Since it works quite well and might become handy for others I am sharing it.

It might be renamed when I know whether the cake is a lie or not.
