Hello folks,

let me introduce you to my second game: Bomb Dodgers. It was inspired by the old Bomberman / Wario Blast games I had for my gameboy back in the day.

P.S.: I released the palette-shader as a library.

Nice game! I like the music and graphics.
An instructions screen would be nice, as I was clueless. Nailed the gameboy feel!
Also, can menus also work with return? Spacebar feels weird for me.

Thanks :) It is the first time I've been doing art - that's why I picked the 'simple' gameboy palette.

I added "return" and "wasd" as alternative controls, but I'm not sure what I should put on the instructions screen. Just the controls? Or also information about the upgrades, levels, enemies, etc...?

Maybe just an option on the menu that says "How to play" or something.
And as for what to put on it:
- Controls
- Objective
- How to win (could be put in objective)

Thanks for the input. I didn't implement it in the current release, but maybe in a future update (read as: the next game ^^).

Uploaded a new version to itch.io which fixes a (quite serious and stupid) bug.
