Hi Lövers,
I am writing a set of utility functions, that could serve as a base for Lua projets.
It is deeply inspired from Javascript's library
Underscore.
Fact is, it brings most of the functions featured in the Javascript version, plus a lot more.
How should I name it ? I lacking imagination, actually... Any interesting proposals ?
If you need more details, I'll be pleased to give them.
Sexuals lövers, dare not!

I tend to like short, slightly humorous names. Here are some:
- kit, which literally means "set of tools"
- kat, because it's the natural complement of kit
- belt (as in Batman's utility belt)
- sonic, as in "sonic screwdriver"
- allen, a tool with an interesting name
- mcgyver.lua

There is a library named
underscore.lua, which's "api and documentation are heavily inspired by Underscore.js". Just to prevent you from re-implementing it

I'm aware of that. Fact is, it served me as a code base, for chaining part.
Though I added a lot more tools for tables, collections, arrays manipulation.
And I extended it to strings.

Great!
'McGyver' is pretty funny.
I do like 'kit', 'belt'...'Allen' is also nice.
Though, I am looking for something that will directly make people understand that this tool is made for tables, arrays manipulation...

Well, I have a couple ideas then.
1. Moses.

(You can see him above,
breaking the Tables of the Law)
This might not be a good name if you plan to make another lib about splitting large masses of water in two. Or if you take the old testament seriously.
2. Robin.
The bravest of the Knights of the
Round Table. There are other knightly names you can use, but no one is able to run away as bravely as Sir Robin.
3. LACK.

The most famous IKEA table of all time.
