Post by alexjgriffith »

I'm designing a hex based strategy game, Gnomic Vengeance.

Image

The demo is up on itchio: https://alexjgriffith.itch.io/gnomic-vengeance

Upcoming:
  • Combat Overhaul
  • Leader Selection + Bonuses
  • Enemy Overland AI
I'd appreciate any feedback on the overland game feel and screenshots of any errors you run into.

PS: press F9 to enter the in game editor and F11 to enter full screen mode.

PPS: There is a know issue rendering on firefox and mobile browsers

Had a short play. No bugs except maybe the outcome of battle? Says "missing outcome"??

Would love a larger screen. Everything so tiny. You've got all the mechanics in place and that's half the battle. You did the tile and gui artwork yourself? Very fitting.

That looks cool! I saw you also have an in-game editor and I was wondering if you could share some more implementation info.
