I'd like to engage my fans, followers and play testers by suggesting a range of ideas and improvements and let that audience vote and promote the things that matter the most to them. This might happen once week or once a fortnight. Or perhaps Never ending list of ideas where good ideas float too the top.
I currently track ideas on github but it has no voting function. Something like reddit upvotes that don't expire. Ideas with a 'like' option that is not Facebook. Something less formal and repeatable than survey monkey.
How do other devs let followers vote on topics in a casual way?
Any 'board' that lets fans vote on different ideas?

Yeah. Was hoping for a voting function that can help me steer development in the right direction.
Reddit algorithms deliberately push old Ideas to the bottom - even popular topics.

Re: Any 'board' that lets fans vote on different ideas?
People can give "thumbs up" reactions to issues on Github, and you can sort issues by "most reactions".
Re: Any 'board' that lets fans vote on different ideas?
My github issues didn't have that. Is it because I created the issue and can't 'like' my own issue? Or perhaps I use the 'triage/defect' issue template that doesn't have the 'like' option.
I will investigate. Thanks.
