How do I use the love.video element

I have read the love.video wiki but I still dont understand it and I've searched for videos about it but I can't find one, please help how do i use it?

The page for love.graphics.newVideo provides an example:

    video = love.graphics.newVideo("myvideo.ogv")
    video:play()
end

function love.draw()
    love.graphics.draw(video, 0, 0)
end

Keep in mind that the videos need to be Ogg Theora video files.
