love2d, customizations

Post by baconhawka7x »

I have two questions. one of them is, I'm on a mac. And I just updated to love 0.8.0. And it's awesome but when i try to open up a .love file, love isn't the default application. A game I made called Z0mb3h Ga3m is. So whenever I try to open up a .love it opens up an application made with love instead. Is there a way to make love2d my default application for .love files?

Also, something that a friend suggested. Is there anyway we could see a configuration bolean that enables window resizing? Cause that would be pretty cool:) Kinda like most applications do it. You click and drag the bottom right corner of the window and it resizes it!

Then you packaged that incorrectly. I'm pretty sure you can select your default application but no correctly packaged game should be in the list anyway, be sure to check the bottom of Game Distribution.

This is, at the moment, impossible.

To change OSX default application settings, you have to (incredibly) right-click on a .love file and then you will see a section called "open with" and underneath that a line that says "always use this application for this file type".

I don't know how it happened, but the same problem occurred on my system while I was playing through the Ludum Dare games.
