Beginner questions

Hi, I'm new here and just started trying out LÖVE.
I'm liking it so far but there's a problem with all my drawing. See the picture attached. There are obvious borders around everything and everything is blurred. Is it my hardware?
(NOTE; the error has nothing to do with the problem, I "forced" this error because it shows the borders.)

Also, I can't get pictures to show with transparency, help please? I assumed that RGB(255,0,255) was transparent but it wasn't. Although this error can be a product of the error below.

Another problem is that when I drag my folder to the LÖVE icon, it executes normally. But if I then go and edit one image, save it and then re-execute the folder, the image hasn't changed.

Thanks in advance

The transparent color is based on Alpha of the image .Not based on color key.

An integrated one. Damn, I guess I'll just uninstall LÖVE now. I really liked it :(

I run LOVE on my netbook with no problems. It has an integrated Intel GPU and it runs just fine.

My computer is some years old, and when it was new it wasn't top notch. I think it is from 2006~

Just try updating your graphics drivers. Which integrated gpu are you using?
