Simple 3D rendering in Love

Hello everyone, first time poster here.
I've been using LÖVE for a couple of years and managed to successfully develop a couple of 2D demos.
Now, I've been looking into adding some 3D effects in my projects, mainly for 2.5D purposes.
I've looked at the love3D library, but on the home page they say that

"LÖVE 0.11 includes all the features this provided (and more!)"

Can anyone point me to a tutorial page, or something like that, where I can learn how these features can be used with LÖVE 0.11?
