'require("Terrain")' doesn't run 'Terrain.lua'

I'm currently trying to make a game. you play a red 'thing' and just walk through a almost colorless world. here comes my Problem:
I have a very special way of organizing my work and now the Skript that should make a hitbox (at the moment just test squares) for the terrain out of a bit-map doesn't even start. (you just don't fall through anything because I made the Player stop at y 200)
I don't know why that is so I'm thankful for everyone helping me.
I have the current love file attached.
ps: I just started programming so sorry if I gave you a headache with my stupidity
pps: English isn't my mother language so... sorry about my bad english too.
