LÖVE

hello all

my name is stephane. i'm french and user of lua under wine on linux. as the phylosophy of linux is, löve seems to be great to me as i come from Hollywood Mal which is a lua code engine, multi platforms. the main goal is to animate some pixels under love and going to test all this i tried purebasic too but the code is rude to me, i have my facilities to lua so i came here

i go search the offline version of the wiki and going to read then

in fact i was here some times ago. i'm not a coder at all, i'm graphician in two demoscene groups and i have tested hollywood mal which is great for amiga ng computers. but as lua is the main thing of this software and love, i come back here to try to code some demoish things so then i go search for code examples to see how to do a starfield, a rotozoom and other. perhaps all of you, do you know where to find some examples ? thanx a lot

You don't need Wine to run LÖVE. There are Linux binaries.
