Hello everyone!

I'm trying to make a shader with GLSL to render some kind of wavy glow (at the bottom of the picture):



I guess it would consist in a sine wave coupled with a glow / softener effect, but I don't know where to start.

Does someone have any idea on how to make this effect?

Stumbled on this article today - not in Love and it's for water surface but you might be able to glean something from it..
