For the "A GAME BY ITS COVER 2016" jam, you pick a (fake) famicon cartridge/cover and create the game you would like it to be. I chose this cover by Tadashi Yoshikawa:
I came up with this puzzle game:
The objective of the game is to connect as many circles as possible (by turning them row or column-wise and pressing space) using as few rotation- and connection moves as possible.
A lower score is a better performance. You can see a breakdown of the score at the end of the round:
