Matchmaker is a nice project I built around 3 months ago for picking the correct version of LOVE to use for a given project. It can replace 'love' on the command line and is confirmed to work with 0.7.2 and newer.

Matchmaker supports Windows (I see a .bat). You should consider rocking it.
