Lua Talk Slides

Hey,

I did a presentation about "Lua for Game Programming" a week ago at Berlin Games Forum.
I used LÖVE for the slides, and it worked really well - so I thought it might be of use for others.

The code is not yet the way I want it to be (I'd like to have automatic code parsing from lua files for the code examples), but I won't have any time to implement that soon, so I'll just share it as it is.

You can easily add, remove, or replace the slides, they are automatically displayed in numerical order.

Cheers!

Nice. I like it.

And thumbs up for spreading LÖVE.

Nice! I'll just keep this on record for future slides-making :) :
Games that use Lua:
  • Angry Birds
  • Garry's Mod
  • World of Warcraft
  • Civilization 5
  • Metal Gear Solid V

You should definitely put up a pdf with text, no matter how simple it would look because that's the main way presentation information spreads if there's no recording of the talk..
EDIT: for example http://docdro.id/cWAt5l8

Have a slides video for people who can't run a .love in the moment for whatever reason.

Thanks, you both!

@qubodup
I thought about adding a pdf exporting option, but I'll have to look into it when I have more time.

This is very smooth, and has the added bonus that you could run that lua code live in your presentation ;)
