Welcome.
Currently there's no book available, sorry.

But there are some good tutorials and a pretty solid api documentation!

Currently, there is a book: http://love2d-book.github.io
Unfinished, but covers a lot about the framework. I think it is a good start point ;)
(LÖVERS, we need contributors for this book, pls)

Here's what you'd call an actual book. LÖVE for Lua Game Programming by Darmie Akinlaja published by Packt Publishing. Not sure whether I'd recommend it, I've never read it and it would be a bit outdated by now (published 2013).

Yeah, LOVE is now at version 10. Updates happen almost every year or so, I think its best to read the weekly generated documentation as a lot of the tutorials suffer from the same problem. You can still learn but eventually you will end up checking out the Lua reference manual and the current documentation even if you're a veteran coder and have been working with LOVE and Lua for years and years.
