Programs for making Android apps?

I want to make a game for android with ads (for that sweet sweet mony), and I only know Lua. What should I use? Considering löve doesn't have ad support.

You can use CoronaSDK. This is framework for LUA which allow you to distribute games on Android and IOS and more other platforms

I don't really know the revenue of ads, but in my experience I prefer a "light"/free version of a game, and then if I like it I can buy it. Nothing I hate more than having fun with a game and then having it pop up an ad and interrupt my (hopefully) fun experience with the game.

Admittedly I haven't bought many, but I have bought some games. The trend these days though is even if you have paid it still has pay to win structures :<

I don't really see how "I only know Lua" prevents you from exploring the plethora of game development options we have today. This is an opportunity to learn more languages and techniques!

I was messing around with Corona SDK and made 2 android apps, this and this .

I only monetized the Weird Sounds app and I didn't get much from AdMob. What I suggest you to do is to make an awesome flashy game on LÖVE, port it on Android and sell it for like 75 cents, I believe you'll get more.
