LÖVE

I can't get the .love file to open, without it showing an error.

But what I have gotten to work, is dragging the game folder onto the shortcut of the love program.

Also tried the command prompt, adding the "path to the love program" and the "path to the game folder", which also worked fine.

The game is just a print("hello world")

Are you on windows? Have you used the installer or downloaded the zipped version?

yep, using windows and love is installed.

Now I know why it didn't work.

I was making a rar file and renaming it to love, when it needed to be a zib file.

I feel like it should have worked with the rar file, but I'm glad that I fixed it.

It shouldn't have, it only works with zip files. A rar file is something very different and löve is only built to handle zip files.
