Hi there! Long-time lurker, first-time poster.
I'm just now wrapping up my winter break, and I wanted to share with everyone what I've been working on for the last few weeks: Micro Knight!

All of my code is on GitHub. You can download the latest build from there (you'll obviously need LÖVE in order to play it)

I would really appreciate any feedback - positive or negative - because I'm new to game programming and I have no really way to asses the quality of my own game (obviously I'm biased :p).

CONTROLS:
WASD..........move
LSHIFT.........hold to sprint
SPACE..........spawns ally by you

Allies will follow you if you get too far and sprint to catch up until they're stamina runs out. The minimap shows you as a black dot and allies as green dots. You're trapped in a test map consisting of a box. Have fun!

Nice looking game! Really like the graphics for the knight! Great progress too! Good job. :)

Thanks for the kind words! I'll definitely spread out the art style to the rest of the game now that a lot of the "infrastructure" stuff is out of the way.
