Because I think it's interesting: Which development environment do you use?
I have been using ZeroBrane Studio for more than a year now and I'm happy with that. :awesome:
I have created a poll creation for this, tell me your answer and I will update it.
Thanks!

Add a "text editor" option, lua is one of the languages that really don't need an IDE.

Using notepad++.

I use Sublime Text to develop games that use LÖVE, and Xcode to develop LÖVE itself.

I also use Sublime Text 3 but am sad that it is apparently completely dead as there has not been an update since last year and they don't reply to their Twitter anymore. I'll keep it until it stops working or something better comes along.

Apparently it's still being developed: (and last dev build is dated october, 2014)

I do LÖVE the same way I do everything else - with vim and a terminal.
When I write def I mean function.

OK, creation poll updated!
  • TextWrangler
    Sublime Text
    Xcode
    tmux
    git
    vim
    notepad++
    other text editor
Because I only can add ~8 polls, I stacked some of them... :o:
And the process had been deleted. I hope the list is now complete...

Thanks to all posts! :awesome:
