Overlap2d Editor & Box2DLights

I found
this very nice 2D Editor. It looks like a complete Editor for 2D Sidescrollers.
A)
It's meant for use with LibGDX. But what about writing an Love2D runtime for this?
I also found this.
B)
Box2DLights is a 2D lighting framework that uses box2d for raycasting and OpenGL ES 2.0 for rendering. What about integrating this to the current Box2D integration?

Just to pop up this thread.
Is there really no interest in an 2D Scene Editor with Spine support for Löve?
We "only" need to write an loader/runtime for the Overlap2D scene-, particle-, and atlas-format and (json)?
It's currently to much work for me alone, but if 2 to 3 skilled people say yes and can help, it might be worth. Esp. to create Menus, edit Box2d- physics, 2D scenes aso.

I have the interest, but likely not the skill. Something like this would be immensely useful though.

This would be pretty awesome.
I would be willing to help, as I'm writing my own editor right now for something else and it's a long haul. Also, Tiled is currently the only level editor with a good LOVE runtime (STI, that I know of).
There are a number of Box2d editors out there, though. Is Overlap2D the best choice for an editor with LOVE integration? I'll do some research.
