animation software [spriter]

howdy all,
i just would like to share with you all a softwork i have been using for a lot of different projects. i found it when looking specifically for sprite animation with rigging and to make some cool things, rather than just using pixel animation softworks like pixen or spriteSomthing, which are both really awesome. but are limited to just mac.
you more than likely have seen one called 'spine', and it does pack quite a lot too it, but costly. but one stood out so much more for me, plus the updates they have every so often are really great. it was originally on a kickstarter, got its goal, now its on public beta with a price reduction until its final release.

spriter is only $25 dollars until version one comes out, and really its worth so much more. they also give away free art packs so you can create things right away.
plus its multiplatform compatible. linux, mac, windows.
