Hey, Folks!
Is it planned that the LÖVE Android port will support the (quite) new Android Studio? Or does it maybe already support it? It would be nice if someone could help me
Thanks in advance and greetings, Bastian

love-native-android hasn't been in development for a long time. So I highly doubt it.

I mean, getting LÖVE to work good on android surely would bring a few new users to LÖVE, since it already supports Windows, Linuy and Mac quite good, would'nt it?

Of course it would be great. But adding another OS takes time, and it has to be kept up to date when they release new versions of LÖVE etc.
We could start a Kickstarter campaign to pay the LÖVE developers to code 24/7 and implement every single requested feature though

most lovers are pretty young, some don't even have a credit card, so i don't think we would get enough money and stuff. ( and i have nearly no more money on my bank account, used it all on servers)

That's actually a pretty good idea!

and then i'm sure rude'll go on another vacation (except this time being paid) and we'll have to wait for the release
rule of thumb: don't pay him (or slime)

Being able to work full-time (or even part-time) on something like this would mean it'd be able to get done much more quickly...
The nature of developing something as a hobby in spare time means there are
many other things which take priority in life. This changes when the work can pay bills and put food on the table.
