Please for the love of God someone , give me an idee for a game! I`ve been thinking for 1 month or so, but I can`t find anything.If you can give me a short story or a pic that describes your idea or maybe a video, something I`d very grateful ! I hate staring at the screen and not type a single line of code . Thanks for reading.


P.S: I don't want to make a soviet game or something related to URSS.

i once made an idea for a big multiplayer a game about an Romanian train company you can PM if you want to use it

PS: that project are really boring.


you can also do some tricks to get more creative:

trick 1:

1. open a drawing program make a big picture with 100% green on it
2. stare on the picture for 1 hour

trick 2:

1. find the nearest salt
2. eat the salt

trick 3:

1. read about politics and war
2. hope for random ideas

trick 4:

1. ask people for help on the love2d foru.... ohh wait this is the love2d forums...

(1, 2 and 3 works i usually use em)

You can also obtain a friend and do a little feedback loop; start with a random subject (some kind of object or person) and have the other person start asking questions, and you making up answers. He cannot guide your answers (questions have to be broad) but he can decide what part of the answers to keep asking on. Make sure your answers leave openings for new questions and keep answering everything no matter how silly. After a while, you often get some sort of story to take shape, which will probably give you some good ideas.

I always found that if I asked someone for an idea on what to make, it never gets finished. Anyone else feel this way?
