I figured I'd start a thread for lurkers who don't want to lose their credentials. This is in regards to the following email:

I like LÖVE, but I haven't had any reason to post yet. However, I have answered a few LÖVE questions on
StackOverflow.

This purge is just a necessary evil. It should only occur this once.

Hopefully the serious lurkers will come and at least post a hello here to save their accounts. We just want to make sure the 1700+ lurkers aren't mostly spam accounts.

I have indeed lurked many a year. I've been keeping my eye on LÖVE but never got around to building anything more than a few silly experiments, distracted by languages I know more thoroughly than lua. This will change one day. ^_^
