This one is not really interactive, it's just something to look at.
It's based on a cellular automata (like Conway's game of life), but instead of only 'dead' or 'alive', cells are allowed any value between 0 and 1. Some different rules apply to calculate the new value of each cell after each iteration. Don't ask me why, but this results in some pretty freaky patterns.
Hit space to start over from a new pattern, escape or 'q' exits.
