LOVE not responding on Mac OSX Leopard

tmm1 appeared on #loveclub and wrote the following:

love on my leopard box just goes into 'application not responding' when i launch it
the state is `ps aux` is listed as E

The LOVE version is 0.5.0. It happens when just the engine is started alone or when it's used in combo with a .love file. No window gets created.

codemac responded that 'E' means that LOVe is trying to exit. Also he said that it might be a Leopart bug.

tmm1 also said following:

i can't seem to kill it either
doesn't show up in activity monitor
kill -9 does nothing
and ps lists it as (love) in paren
salso my cpu starts pegging at 100%

I can't Ctrl+C it.. shows up in ps, but even if I kill -9 it won't die:

Ok, seriously: didn't one of the leet MacOSX haxors say that there would be major issues with Leopard due to something with PhysicsFS?
