I was wondering if any commercial games were made with LOVE.

You can Google both Volley Brawl and Snayke. Both were created with LOVE and are available for sale.

The link to Dawning is broken, because of the last dot character.
The good one is:
Dawning.
And there's also
Snayke.
Snayke! Dude!

There's plenty of commercial games made with GameMaker, Scirra Construct, Unity, UDK, you can make commercial game with any library, commercial success does not depends on the engine used. It instead depends on careful game design and proper assets, on the idea, current gaming fashion trends anda very broad spectrum of topics, but the engine used. I dunno why would you ask.

That's true, games can be made with any library. There was a Steam game made with Ruby/Gosu, there are plenty of commercial games made with LÖVE, as David pointed out, and there is even
Unity Of Command, which was made with Python and PyGame. You probably couldn't make a Call of Duty clone, but you can make some pretty good, simple and addicting games with LÖVE. You could make a Candy Crush clone in LÖVE... but please, for the worlds sake, don't

The biggest thing that the engine affects when it comes to commercialising games is the platforms you can target. Löve is good at targeting computers but you can't target mobile platforms which makes it a bit pointless to make for example a Candy Crush clone.

Maybe a Steam PC version of Candy Crush...?
GOD NO I'VE SAID TOO MUCH!!!
DISCLAIMER: I played Candy Crush the day it came out, uninstalled it because I found it boring and left a bad review. I actually don't like Candy Crush, but 4 of my friends have and they regret downloading it because they're addicted to it. Now, the Simpsons Tapped Out... that's a game that I'd like to see cloned in LÖVE... to appreciate the code and not to play it. I don't like those types of games(in fact the only game I ever really play now is(other than games I debug/make/have made) Minecraft).

People ask because if there are no commercial games made with an engine or library then they begin to wonder why.
"This looks great, but why no commercial games...?" When I first came across LÖVE I was impressed with its design, quality, and potential. But I'll admit it: if there were no commercial games using it then I doubt I would have decided to use it. You are right that commercial success does not depend on the engine used, and I agree with that. But if no one is using an engine for commercial games then it can easily make a developer start to wonder why. Is it a problem with the community? With the engine's license? Et cetera.
