Sorry for another post so soon, but uh, is this normal?
Like, is the scanner misinterpreting something within LOVE or did I get an infected copy? Or, is this intentional?(Which I doubt. Or hope not.)

Malwarebytes is very well known for flagging LOVE as a virus/malware.
It is a known false positive and you have nothing to worry about.

Thank you.
I admit, I felt kind of betrayed for a second when I thought of the possibility that such a great engine was made for bad purposes.
Thankfully it's not.

LÖVE is
open source so you can investigate further if you're still skeptical.

Oh yeah! You're right.
I guess that would be really stupid to hide a virus in an open source program >_>

Can't viruses infect an executable regardless?

Yeah, they can. But I've only downloaded LOVE yesterday, so I don't think that that's the issue, especially considering this has happened before.

I'll see if I can upload a list of md5sums for the next release.

Be careful. Some malware (like the
win.pinfi) will embed itself into *.exe. Also, as a long time linux user, always make sure you trust the source. Make sure you're downloading the love.exe from the love2d.org website, or compiling it from the offical source code repo, otherwise, it is VERY easy for folks to add stuff, compile it, and redistribute it to victims.
