In-game jukebox

Post by Tesselode »

I was playing Dash-da-Dash DX earlier today, and it starts out each round with a random song and the name and author of the song. I think there's something kind of cool about featuring other people's music instead of using your own. Do you think that would be fitting for a simple arcade shooter game? And if so, are there any music producers around here?

It shouldn't be too difficult to include an option to play tacks from the LOVE accessable folder, however I probably would not find it too useful myself. I have a habit of turning off game music and running my own in the background if I don't like what I'm hearing.
