[Solved]Scaling without interpolation?

Judging by the wiki and the search bar, I can only choose between linear and nearest. Is this true, or is there a way to avoid it completely.
Yeah, but what would "without interpolation" mean?
If you want a pixelly effect, that's 'nearest'.
