LÖVE

Alright guys, I'm abandoning my Dalek project (FOR NOW!!) and while i get more familiar with L'O'VE/lua, i need to work on something that covers a wide array of classes/functions, is fairly simple, and something i can expand on with new updates and whatnot. Trust me, I've tried to think of something like this but i cant. Thanks to anyone who helps!

Maybe a alley cat project. As in, a game with a central hub that lets you go to other levels, but you can do iteratively.

A good way to learn the basics is to make one of the classics: Tetris, Pong, Breakout, ...
You can add certain features like multiball (Pong) or lasers (breakout) to make your own variant of the game.

Oh. I almost forgot this (try to stay alive for a couple minutes, and then enjoy)

Tetris is quite hard to make, if you are new to LÖVE and Lua. Pong is a good idea, though.
