Supplement ball bouncing

I am trying to recreate Pong, but whenever my ball hits the ceiling or floor, it bounces off the normal of the surface instead of the supplement which is what I would like it to do. It works fine on the paddle when its moving, flows in the correct direction that the paddle is moving and whatnot as well, but it has a problem with the ceiling and floor.
