Polygon with UVs

Is it possible to render a polygon and set the UVs at each vertex?

I've looked through the documentation and couldn't find anything.

Not at the moment, but most probably in the next version: Geometry.

Great news!

Is there an expected time for the next version or should I try and build it from the repository myself?

What does this mean? Textured polygons built-into the engine? Or am I Googling wrong?

Textured polygons, with potential per-vertex colors as well (although the last part isn't functional in the current Geometry implementation).
