Löve 0.6.1 crashes on Windows XP

Hi,
it's been a while since I tried Löve but the new version looks promising. I installed it without problems on my Xubuntu 9.10. I also installed it on one machine using Windows. But now this is weird: I installed it on a second machine using Winodws XP with the full installer. I tried to start Löve but it crashes. Here is the error:

Does anyone know what the problem here is? I mean it works on one WinXP and not on the other?Application Error : The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on OK to terminate the application.
