LÖVE

I'm making a birds-eye-view game, sort of like the view in Pokemon, and I was hoping someone would help me do textures, because I have absolutely NO artistic skill. Just sort-of a side-project(for you), you probably wouldn't spend a lot of time on it, just some requests. (You will receive full credit, if you happen to accept)
This is just for fun, you will not get payed(unless, for some reason, it gets popular and I start selling it)

You will probably find some graphics, that are good enough for you.
If you really need an own artist, is suppose you go and try to find a general game development forum. Most people here are here because they know how to program.
