Yet another topic for me to derail --
AHEM!! You saw NOTHING!
I've been feeling bad about not coding LÖVE in a while, so I fired up Sublime Text 2 and I'm back in the mood! I should have a working version of NOM out soon-ish... then LÖVE 0.9.0 will come out and break everything

Well.. I believe they're removing quads, which AFAIK is a big big big big bbiigg part of ATL.

Quads will be replaced with Geometry, according to the wiki, which is essentially still the same thing, but can do more things than just quads.
And from what I can see now on the wiki, the usual functions to create and draw quads will be the same.

Well... when's it coming out?! Lol, I saw somewhere someone said "Patiently waiting for 0.9.0
", and I am waiting too, and I'm sure most of the community will be looking forward to it's release too.
