I'm currently working on porting over my game called Adventureworld. It is based on an old game written in basic that I originally wrote back in 1991 for the Microbee computer while at school. It's simple monocolour graphics and beep sounds were ahead of its time back them.
I'm really loving this engine!

Political simulation game system + scenario (inspired by Hidden Agenda, Conflict: Middle East and Balance of Power/the Planet)
Game system will allow for easy scenario creation based on text/CSV files and take care of everything else (data loading, generating GUI, game economy etc.)

It uses
this state switcher (with some extensions).

Dusoft: It should generate less of a beard for a guy who's 28
Phibywhizz: Nice work. It's looking very moody, even with (or maybe because) the monochrome colors...

working on... understandable that anything (specially graphics) could be just temporary.

The idea is that the game system under the scenario is completely flexible and open. so anyone can put data & content together (stats/indicators, starting values, in-game rules issues, texts and pics and other required content - via CSV and text files) and the game system will create a game based on these data (GUI, "economy" based on the rules provided, issues management etc.).
I am creating a scenario that will take place in a post-communist country, where playerfaces the dilemmas of that period etc. This should also serve to demonstrate possibilities of the system.
