You shouldn't call it either because those are for nearly-complete games.

No. Alpha is for early development. Beta is nearing completion/a reasonably far way into the game (normally)

Sorry about that! I had no idea! I thought Beta was just a term to mean that you're still developing it!
Also, I am working on the bug fixes right now. Sorry for not replying for so long, I was on vacation

Great game! But how did you do collision? How did you do it? I'm using Tiled for my maps, and you said you did something else.
Anyway, great game!

Thanks!
You can look at my code if you want, but what I did is a searched for a controllable ent, then searched through tiles for a collidable tile, then did some checks. You can look through my code if you want

Sorry for all the inactivity! I've been totally reworking the tile-system to make it more efficient. I think that you might find it a bit easier to read, Eamonn.
My last one was a bit confusing, even for me... I plan on having it re-released in at most a week. After that I plan on adding levels, bosses, and maybe even music if anybody know of a good program to edit music...
Also: to jjmafiae:
also you should add ninja explosives
yeah this getting better chuvak
just improve some things , also is there any story?
Maybe not any hot chicks, possibly some ninja explosives, and certainly a story. In the update soon there will be something called 'story.txt' or something along those lines. You can read it and leave suggestions if you want. Right now I only have boss ideas.
