State of the attempt to natively port love to android
Re: State of the attempt to natively port love to android
How's it going? It's been awfully quiet around here recently
My game called Hat Cat and the Obvious Crimes Against the Fundamental Laws of Physics is out now!

Yes, sorry. But the project is still active . But tonight I will upload the current state (event if it is quite a license mess).

Looks good! I look forward to try it out. Will the native love be like the last one, with a single app that launches .love files, or will it be made for stand-alone apps? Or perhaps both?

Hurray!
How compatible is it? Can it run most games on the forum (provided, of course, that they were made for the right version of LÖVE)?

And, to be more specific, what features are supported/not supported? Like framebuffers, spritebatches, and so on?Robin wrote:Hurray!

It will be like the original one so that you can build a complete application and for testing purpose I think there will be a game launcher.
It is the original löve 0.7 source code with some changes to openGl that it uses openGlES. In the long run you should be able to do everything that the original löve can do.
