Can you provide please the logcat output of the crash?
I can't install android-sdk-windows buil tool, because SDK Manager is locking itself from accessing the tools folder.
Here is the error:
Warning!

- explorer.exe
- java.exe

C:\taleofandroid\android-sdk-windows\tools
Please close these applications so that the installation can continue.
When ready, press YES to try again.
The java.exe it is reffering to is the SDK manager itself -_- .
EDIT : nevermind I just placed the build tool from the temp map in the tools map and i can make an apk again, but I can only make it with android sdk api 19 and I have 17 so if someone can test it for me?
