LÖVE uses the exact same box2d that other frameworks and engines do. Were the boxes the same size and were they spawned in the same positions? (How) were you drawing them?
Without knowing anything else, it sounds like an issue with your code.

Lol,it seems like after i've switched back to win 8.1 i can run everything very well.Still not as good as Libgdx but way better though!
