Luminosity Patch 1.1

After a very successful launch we have been working hard on the upcoming content patch. We appreciate all the feedback that we have gotten so far and hope that the support and interest in Luminosity will continue!

Patch 1.1 will contain all new content, both small and big additions, as well as improving on already existing things, both visually and functionally.

Some of the key points in this patch includes:

* Space ship selection!
You will now be able to choose between multiple visually different space ships with their own pros and cons. Find the space ship that suits your play style the best!

* New enemy types!
To add more variety and new and exciting challenges we have added more enemy types with new and unique behavior and abilities.

* New power-ups!
One of the coolest things in Luminosity is getting a clutch power up such as the time warp that allows you to JUST beat a level. We want more of that, so you can look forward for some all new Power-Ups!

* New levels and backgrounds!
With more content we have been able to make more levels, each new level will have a new visually striking background.

* Visual improvements!
A lot of small changes that help the game feel more polished have been made. Everything from a custom mouse cursor to improved particle effects.

Stay tuned for more details, images and videos as we get closer to the launch of Luminosity patch 1.1!

Interested in seeing what patch 1.1 looks like? I will be linking to reviews in this comment as we get them. Another thing that I want to mention is that we will be releasing a free demo version of Luminosity, so if you have not picked up the game yet, you will get a chance to try it out and see how the game runs!

Thanks Jeeper.
I've just played through the six levels of the demo on all difficulties :)
It's a nice little game with an interesting mechanic.

A few 'bugs' I've encountered:
1.) The game prints on the console all the time when in the main game:
false
...
false
So you have some debg print statements in there I guess.

2.) Typos in the tutorial:
Page 2: "interupted" should be "interrupted", "recieve" should be "receive"
Page 3: "are" should be "area"
Page 4: "such as;" should be "such as:"
I think some formulations are also off, I suggest you let a native english speaker look over the text.

It's a fun little game, thanks for the Demo :)

Thank you for the feedback!
For me the console is disabled, but thank you for letting me know that there are still some things printing. They will be gone with the next patch. I will also fix the spelling issues, thank you for pointing them out.
