LoveArcade.org
Re: LoveArcade.org
Dang it! Alright, I'll fix this!
EDIT: Dang you setColorMode!! Dang you to Heck!!!!
The problem was that I use setColorMode('replace') as my default mode (oops!), but by default LOVE uses setColorMode('modulate'). which you have to set for text colour changes (also like to take this time to point out how much better Colour is than color). the newest version of the browser is patched!

Re: LoveArcade.org
Something that LA.org really needs is a project page for individual games, that you go to instead of directly downloading the games.
Things those pages should probably include: image, title, author, license, short description, download size, download link.

Later, once most of the coding is done,
we'll use this layout:
http://www.perky.ukgame.co.uk/LoveArcade/
well actually, I think schme wants changeable layouts.

Well that is epicljdp wrote:we'll use this layout:

EDIT: Turns out setIdentity() in the game doesn't work. It loads the files from the right place, but it doesn't want to write anything there. I did some debugging, turned out files were saved in AppData/lovebrowser/ and loaded from AppData/Vertigo/ where the later setIdentity points. Removing the setIdentity in my game (using some ugly hack in lovebrowser) makes it work.
EDIT #2: Edited one save location

Looks nice, although the login text boxes are too wide.ljdp wrote:Later, once most of the coding is done,

Re: LoveArcade.org
Funny, I found the opposite. Playing with the Game Downloading project I noticed that for some reason I could set the identity, then download an image to that folder, but then I couldn't load it again from that new location. Maybe I was doing it wrong.kalle2990 wrote:Well that is epicljdp wrote:we'll use this layout:

Re: LoveArcade.org
That's because it was saved in one folder and loaded from another...
Is this some sort of bug in the löve code?
