Here's something to ponder over: do you guys have to quote such large bodies of text only to actually write something that's barely a sentence?

I will admit I too am guilty of this sometimes, but I usually try and keep only the relevant part of the quite when I do so.kikito wrote:Well, please don't. It's not polite.
Actually quoting large blocks of text and replying with a simple message isn't at all impolite, but simply pointless.kikito wrote:Well, please don't. It's not polite.
Okay then... anyway - If Love3D were to exist, what kind of method would you use for the 3D models?Robin wrote:Actually, it is impolite towards the readers of your post, because doing so destroys readability and completely throws the context quotes are supposed to add out of the window.
you sure as hell would want the renderer to handle semitransparent polygons automatically, thoughJasoco wrote:I just want access to 3D OpenGL stuff or whatever. The format of the models can be something you figure out yourself. I'm sure there are numerous standards, but in the end it's basically a list of 3D points and triangles with image or color data attached to them and other stuff. It's really just the displaying part that Löve would need to handle for us.
