See, the problem with that is that a light from a fired weapon wouldn't shine anything on a planet off in the distance. Unless that planet is literally 20 feet behind the ships.

Yeah I know, there's something wrong with the way the z coordinate of the planet gets calculated in the equation. Also I'm not going for complete realism, so some light is good because it can make it look really cool.

Maybe its a really bright light? REALLY BRIGHT light...

So this project was called Plazma.. then we went steam punk with it. The art is a place holder, crazy sweet art is on the way. For now this is what I got.

I have been working on a puzzle/platformer for the last month and a half or so. So far I have most of the game mechanics done, a basic looking, but functional menu system, a tutorial level and two propper levels. In the game you play as a little energy based being who can use his/her energistic abilities to manipulate objects in the world, and must possess objects to form a physical body to be able to move around.
